MARRASKUUTA, 2023 ### Yhdessä Microsoftin ja koulutuskumppaniemme kanssa mahdollistamme ilmaisen kyberturvan mikrotutkinnon kenelle tahansa, missä tahansa.  Yksi nopeimmista tavoista saada monimuotoisuutta kyberturvallisuuden alalle on työikäisten alanvaihtajien uudelleenkouluttautuminen mikrotutkintojen avulla. Seuraavien viiden vuoden aikana pyrimme yhdessä Microsoftin ja muiden kumppaneiden kanssa antamaan 100 000 uudelle kyberalan ammattilaiselle mahdollisuuden pätevöityä ja aloittaa uransa Microsoftin Taitoja työelämään -hankkeen avulla. Microsoftin Taitoja työelämään -ohjelma ei ole vain opiskelijoille. Yhdessä Microsoftin, Atean, Crayonin ja TietoEVRYn kanssa olemme suunnitelleet kurssit kelle tahansa, joka haluaa vaihtaa uraa. Mikrotutkinto sopii myös teknologia-alan ammattilaisille, jotka haluavat päivittää taitojaan, ja ylipäätään kaikille, jotka haluavat oppia teknologiataitoja. Yritykset voivat myös tarjota näitä kursseja työntekijöilleen.     Olemme kehittäneet englanninkieliseen mikrotutkintoon [Elements of Cloud and Cybersecurity](https://cs.edukamu.fi/elements-of-cloud-and-cybersecurity) kokonaisuuden. Moduuli koostuu kuudesta kurssista:  - Tietoturvan perusteet (Introduction to Cybersecurity) - Kryptografia (Cryptography and Encryption) - Verkko- ja laiteuhat (Network and Device Threats) - Varmentaminen ja valtuudet (Authentication and Authorization) - Intro pilvipalveluihin (Introduction to Cloud Services) - Tietoturva ja pilvipalvelut (Cybersecurity and Cloud) > "Teemme yrityksenä valtavasti töitä kyberturva-alan monimuotoistamiseksi. Olen itse aktiivisena mentorina kansainvälisissä ohjelmissa kuten Cyversityssä ja AaltoES:ssä. Missiomme Cult Securityssa on yhdenvertaistaa tietoturvaosaaminen yhteiskunnassa ja siinä onnistuminen edellyttää täysin uudenlaista ajattelua. Olemme innolla muiden kumppanien kanssa mukana mahdollistamassa tätä saavutettavaa ja ilmaista mikrotutkintoa ihan kaikille.
